"Lukoshko" Belay/Rappel Device

Used with dynamic ropes for lead belaying and top-roping, as well as for assembling haul systems (pulley systems).

Can be used with single or double/twin ropes.

The transverse eye for attaching to the anchor allows for more convenient rope handling when top-roping (in guide mode).

The lower eye is used to release the device when belaying a second climber who is hanging on the rope.

The short, rigid cable reduces the likelihood of jamming when working with two ropes simultaneously.

Deep V-shaped grooves allow for better friction control.

Recommended for use with symmetrical carabiners, for example, the VENTO "Oval".
